Refund Policy

Reservation Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup or shipping date are eligible for a full refundof the rental fee.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or shipping date are non-refundable.

No-Shows

  • Failure to pick up equipment, complete the rental process, or respond prior to the scheduled rental time will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

Early Returns

  • Returning equipment early does not qualify for a partial or prorated refund.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the payment provider.
